Lambrides is composed of several talented
partners and professional staff dedicated to our clients. Our partners
include the following:
Stephen D. Lamos, MBA, CPA
Steve, a partner with the New York office, has been with the firm since
1966. He has his master's degree in accounting from Bernard M. Baruch
College where he wrote a master's thesis pertaining to the operational
efficiency of not-for-profit organizations. Steve is responsible for the
technological services division of the firm. Steve is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York and New Jersey
Societies of Certified Public Accountants. He is an active board member
of several substantial not-for-profit organizations.
Joyce E. Moulthrop, MBA, CPA
Joyce, a partner with the New Jersey office of Lambrides, has been with
the firm since 1977. She has an MBA from the Graduate School of Business
Administration of Rutgers University, is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified
Public Accountants. She is active in community organizations and is on
the board of several not-for-profit organizations. Joyce is responsible
for the firm’s tax practice providing accounting, consulting, tax
preparation and tax planning services to small businesses, individuals,
partnerships, trusts and estates.
Robert H. Taylor, MBA, CPA
Rob is a partner with the New York office of Lambrides. He has been with
the firm since 1980 and has 25 years of cumulative business and accounting
experience. He has led seminars for various accounting organizations and
for college business officers. Rob's professional memberships include
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York
State Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as membership in
the National Association of College and University Business Officers.
Rob is currently serving as a member of the Not-for-Profit Organization
Committee of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
William J. Arnold, CPA
Bill is a partner with the New Jersey office of Lambrides and has over
twenty years of business and public accounting experience. Bill's professional
memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Accountants
for the Public Interest - New Jersey Chapter. He also holds associate
memberships in the National Association of College and University Business
Officers and the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators.
Bill has been active in local community organizations and has served on
the Board of several not-for-profit organizations involved with education
and the arts. Also, he is responsible for supervising the components of
audits which are conducted under Government Auditing Standards, the requirements
of the Single Audit Act, and OMB Circular A-133, Audits of Institutions
of Higher Education and Other Nonprofit Institutions and in providing
ongoing support to our clients in areas of compliance with federal and
state funding sources.
Cornelius F. Spitzer, CPA
Cornelius is a partner with the New York and New Jersey offices of Lambrides.
He has been with the firm since 1997 and previously was the comptroller
of The King’s College in Briarcliff Manor, NY. Cornelius is a member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New
York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also holds membership
in the National Association of College and University Business Officers.
